PREVIEW:  All buyers are encouraged to come in to physically inspect the items that they are bidding on to verify configurations, etc.  IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW CARFAX & ANY MILEAGE DISCREPANCY.  Lots can be viewed at Rideau Auctions Inc. 2250 CR 31, Winchester, ON Monday to Friday from 9 to 4:30. 

REMOVAL - July 15-22 between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.  Appointment necessary to pickup items.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY JULY 22nd at NOON After this date all items will are subject to resale without notice for storage fees

APPOINTMENT BOOKING - APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY TO PICKUP ITEMS.  Setup via email sent through Signup Genius

PAYMENT - After auction close pre-authorized deposit of $500 will be issued to credit card and then balance owing can be sent via etransfer.  We accept Cash, debit, Visa & Mastercard, etransfer. All sales are subject to HST and Buyers Premium

SOFT CLOSES BIDDING AUCTION in effect so please stay online until your item closes or leave a max bid.  Bid as you go or leave a max bid and let the computer bid for you dollar for dollar.   





 

If you have not participated in our auctions before, if you have a new account or if you haven't bid with us for a while, your account must be approved before you can bid.  When you register your account will be in a pending mode until we review and approve it.  We review registrations once a day, Monday-Friday.  We do not review registrations after 2 hours prior to auction on the day of auction closes.  If you register after this timeframe your bids may remain pending if your account is not approved before the auction ends your bids will not count, even though you have placed them.  Registrations made after the 2 hour timeframe may not be reviewed in time to participate in the auction.  Register EARLY in case we need to contact you to verify account details.  Your account must be in your full name.  Any abbreviations will not be accepted.  The earlier you register the easier it is for us to do what we need to do to approve your account.  PLEASE NOTE:  WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS FROM OUT OF COUNTRY AT THIS TIME.  If you have any questions please call 613-774-7000.

All vehicles are subject to seller approval.  This is an Online Auction Only, we will not have a live auction due to COVID-19.  Please see lot tiles for Buyers Premium.   Bidders must supply a credit card and agree to a $500.00 hold in order to bid on the vehicles. Upon completion of the auction all successful bidders shall have their credit card hold of $500.00 converted to a deposit and all unsuccessful bidders will have their hold immediately released.   Balance must be paid by etransfer or wire transfer to arika.radu@rideauauctions.com, Cash, Certified Funds or Interac.   HST is added to the purchase price, buyers fee and OMVIC fee of $10.00.  Invoices for all auctions can be found on your account.  Once paid for in full, buyers will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready).  Auction bidding opens on July 12 at 9 am and a soft close starts at 10 am on July 14.  All sales are final, everything is selling AS IS WHERE IS.  All items sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.  By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition.  We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding.  All vehicles are sold without Safety Certificate (unless indicated).  No arbitration on vehicles with an offer of $1000 or less, these will be purchased with declarations of ENGINE/ABS LIGHT on, Accident Repaired over $3000, frame and structural damage and are sold strictly "AS IS WHERE IS" .  IF FOR ANY REASON BUYER DOES NOT ACCEPT ITEMS DEPOSIT WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE.   TIME OF PAYMENT:  Read all terms of auction, including auction info and pickup.  If you have any questions please call 613-774-7000.

Items are to be removed Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:00 by appointment only.  Email will be send out after auction closes to book an appointment.  All items are to be picked up by July 22nd at Noon.
