If you have not participated in our auctions before, if you have a new account or if you haven't bid with us for a while, your account must be approved before you can bid.  When you register your account will be in a pending mode until we review and approve it.  We review registrations once a day, Monday-Friday.  We do not review registrations after 2 hours prior to auction on the day of auction closes.  If you register after this time frame your bids may remain pending if your account is not approved before the auction ends your bids will not count, even though you have placed them.  Registrations made after the 2 hour time frame may not be reviewed in time to participate in the auction.  Register EARLY in case we need to contact you to verify account details.  Your account must be in your full name.  Any abbreviations will not be accepted.  The earlier you register the easier it is for us to do what we need to do to approve your account.  PLEASE NOTE:  WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS FROM OUT OF COUNTRY AT THIS TIME.  If you have any questions please call 613-774-7000. 

This is an Online Auction Only.  There are Buyer's Premiums for our online Auctions  We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding.  Also it is recommended that you come and view items before bidding on them.  This is a consignment Auction.  All sales are final, everything is selling as is where is will all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.  By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition.    Bid as you go or leave a max bid and let the computer bid for you dollar for dollar.  All sales are subject to HST.  We accept Cash, debit, Visa (NO MORE THAN $500) & Mastercard (NO MORE THAN $500), e-transfer.  We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding.  Credit cards will be pre-authorized for $500.  Once auction is complete, if you were not the winning bidder on any items then the $500 will released back to your card.  If you were the winning bidder then this will be put towards your purchase and also the remainder of the balance will need to be paid by the above terms.  Goods left more than 3 days are subject to resale without notice for storage fees. If bidder declines items for any reason deposit will not be refunded, and bidder will be barred from any and all auctions, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Excavator is subject to seller approval.  This is a Consignment Auction.   This is an Online Auction Only.  Please see lot tiles for Buyers Premium.   Bidders must supply a credit card and agree to a $500.00 hold in order to bid on the Excavator. Upon completion of the auction the successful bidder shall have their credit card hold of $500.00 converted to a deposit and all unsuccessful bidders will have their hold immediately released.   Balance must be paid by wire or E-transfer to arika.radu@rideauauctions.com, Cash, Certified Funds or Interac.   HST is added to the purchase price, buyers fee. Invoices for all auctions can be found on your account.  Once paid for in full, buyer will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale.  Auction bidding opens on June 1st at 9 am and a soft close starts at 10 am on June 7th. Item is to be paid for and picked up no later than June 28th at Noon.  All sales are final, everything is selling AS IS WHERE IS.  All items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but NOT guaranteed. Excavator is being sold on consignment.
